Gold Shadow Xbox Series X/S Controller with Mouse Click Triggers
GG Custom Controllers warrants its controllers and modified parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a lifetime period from the date of purchase. Customers must cover shipping costs and all other costs will be covered by GG Custom Controllers.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers only controllers and parts modified by GG Custom Controllers. This warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. • Unauthorized modifications or repairs. • Normal wear and tear.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase. GG Custom Controllers will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Exclusions
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or part found to be defective. In no event shall GG Custom Controllers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
